Well I am one extremely proud new Russian Blue breeder and long term RB owner this evening!
The first GCCF show since Covid lockdown and the debut of the Lapochka Russian Blues could not have gone any better!!
My 2 Dushenka neuter RB’s did amazingly well. Grand Master Cat Mac won his first 2 Imperial certificates. Premier Dushenka Veronica Speedwell is now Grand Premier Dushenka Veronica Speedwell and also earned her first Imperial certificate! She also then came 3rd in Best of Variety section 4 neuter.
Now on to the Lapochka’s!
Lapochka Alicia-Rose won 1st in female RB kitten with her sister Lapochka Alyana-Lilly coming in 2nd. 🥰🥰
Their brother Lapochka Alfred-Aster came 1st in male RB kitten and also won Best of Breed. He then went on to win Best of Variety Section 4 kitten up against around 15 other kittens of varying breeds! He was put forward for overall best in show section 4 and came 2nd to his very deserving half sister Dushenka Hollyhock (well done Caryl Speirs!)
Special mentions also to my mums girls Dushenka Zelenka for getting her first 2 Premier certificates. Dushenka Hollyhock for getting her first 2 Challenge Certificates as well as being Best of Variety section 4 adult AND making it to the best in show line-up!!
Elisabeth Stark’s stunning Russian Black boy Bluebebop Blackstar Bowie who won his first 2 UK Challenge certificates along with Best of Breed in his UK debut.
